Waupaca People for Peace meetings Waupaca People for Peace meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at theChez Marche Cafe in downtown Waupaca unless otherwise noted. Meetings are open to everyone. Alternative meeting sites will be posted at the home page when pertinent. Call the cafe at 715-256-2672 to clarify meeting times and sites.
